OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of the GeminiMediumship online store, including physical merchandise, digital downloads, readings, coaching services and subscriptions.
Our store is hosted by Shopify. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean GeminiMediumship.
Please read these terms alongside our Privacy Policy and Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy before purchasing.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws.
If a product or service fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, we will provide the remedy required by law. These rights take priority over any conflicting wording in our policies.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information when placing an order or booking a service.
Let us know promptly if information needs correcting. We will assist where reasonably possible, although changes may not be possible after an order has been dispatched or a service delivered.
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICES
Product descriptions explain what is included in each purchase. Please check whether you are buying a physical item, digital download, appointment or subscription.
Digital products do not include a printed item unless the listing expressly says otherwise.
The currency and total payable are shown at checkout. Applicable delivery charges and taxes will be displayed before payment.
Prices may change for future purchases. Price changes do not alter an order already accepted.
If we discover a material pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If the order cannot proceed on agreed terms, we will refund payments for anything not supplied.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Orders are subject to payment confirmation and availability.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund the payment for any product or service not supplied.
Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout.
PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE
Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Dispatch or delivery estimates will be provided where available.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays. Please contact us if your order is significantly delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect so we can investigate and assist.
Minor differences in how colours appear on screens may occur. This does not remove your right to receive a product that matches its description.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital products may include books, journals, workbooks, courses and printable card decks.
Delivery and access instructions are provided through the method described in the listing or order confirmation.
Check the listed file format and any compatibility requirements before purchasing. Contact us if a download link fails, a file is damaged or you receive the wrong file.
Unless a listing expressly grants broader permission, digital purchases are licensed for your personal use. You may download and print them for that purpose.
You must not resell, upload publicly, distribute or share purchased files with others without written permission. Any rights permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.
READINGS AND SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE
Readings, including tarot, oracle and mediumship sessions, offer spiritual reflection and personal interpretation. They do not guarantee a particular prediction, message or outcome.
They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make.
The format, duration and inclusions of a reading are those stated in its listing or booking information. The interpretive nature of a reading does not remove our obligation to deliver the service as described.
Readings and coaching appointments are intended for customers aged 18 or over.
COACHING AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS
Coaching services and educational materials support personal reflection and learning. They do not replace regulated professional services.
Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, completing a course does not provide an accredited qualification, professional registration or licence to practise.
BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please check the date, time, time zone and delivery method stated in your booking information.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, email us as soon as possible.
Any specific cancellation conditions will be disclosed before purchase. We will not apply an undisclosed cancellation fee.
If we cancel an appointment and cannot agree on a suitable replacement time, we will refund the payment for the cancelled service.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Where offered, the subscription listing and checkout will explain the price, billing frequency and included benefits.
Recurring charges apply only where you agree to a subscription.
You may cancel future renewals using the subscription management options provided or by emailing us. Please contact us before the next billing date and retain your cancellation confirmation.
We will communicate material changes to subscription prices or benefits in advance and provide an opportunity to cancel before those changes apply.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to request assistance, returns or refunds.
Any change-of-mind conditions operate separately from your statutory consumer rights.
WEBSITE USE
You must not use our website or services for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment or infringement of another person’s rights.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful software or interfere with the store’s operation.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse. This does not remove your rights concerning purchases already made.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Content created by GeminiMediumship, including original writing, card designs, course materials, graphics and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its underlying intellectual property. Use is permitted as described in the listing or licence and as allowed by law.
PRIVACY AND RECORDINGS
Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Buying a reading or coaching session does not, by itself, give permission to publish your name, image, voice or private session content for marketing. We will seek separate permission before doing so.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may link to external websites or platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Your rights against GeminiMediumship for purchases from our store remain unaffected.

Please email us with your order number and a description of any concern. We will review it and work with you towards an appropriate resolution.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms for future purchases and website use. The updated version will display a revised date.
Changes will not retrospectively reduce your rights or alter an existing order or booking without your agreement.
